Having been lucky enough to have just got back from a cruise, first time as well, this has really started me off once more with featuring many more of the wonderful liners and cruise ships which will now also be featured in my Blog.
This wonderful painting is another from the collection of the immensely talented Stephen Card.
This painting in oils shows the ship beautiful as she came to be known, Aquitania with the ferry Kenie Deans off Cloch Lighthouse. This lighthouse now derelict was just off the point in the Firth of Clyde.
The fantastic artwork of Stephen Card will be featured throughout my website, and you can also look out for a book that will be done in collaboration with this great maritime artist.
