Just Good Books
As they say, “how time flies” and if looking for some good books in the lead up to the holiday period, then look no further for a good read.
The Leith Built Ships series cover shipbuilding in the Port of Leith, which is Edinburgh’s gateway to the sea.
Pick anyone or all for a good read for anyone with an interest in the amazing maritime heritage of the old port or for anyone with an interest in the sea and ships.
You can just click on the Q-Code or find the books on Amazon or at any good book shop world-wide.

Also pleased to also be able to say that the next book in the series co-authored with Dr Merv Rawlinson features all the tugs built at Leith from circa 1850, covers ships built at the five shipyard of S&H Morton, Ramage & Ferguson, Hawthorns & Co, Cran & Somerville, and henry Robb/Robb Caledon.
Depending on the publishers schedule we hope that volume VI – Tugs Built at Leith, will be out early next year.
